POLICE Regional Office(PRO) 11 flocked to Freedom Park at Roxas Avenue, Davao City today to pay tribute for Filipino war veterans on the 72nd Araw ng Kagitingan. Police Officers were led by PRO 11 Regional Director, Police Chief Superintendent Wency Tablada Pascual. Filipinos worldwide mounted simultaneous celebrations for the brave veterans who gave their lives for freedom.

Hon. Rowena Apao Adlawan, Presiding Judge of RTC- Branch 30 graced the regular Monday flag raising ceremony of the Police Regional Office 11as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

A charge of Murder was filed against the Chief of San Isidro Muncipal Police Station while two counts of Murder was filed against PO2 Werner Marcojos and PO2 Roel Margallo, both personnel of the same police station, for the death of brothers Jeffer and Ruben Pingkain.
Police Regional Office(PRO) 11 Director PCSUPT WENCY T PASCUAL emphasized that the office is impartial to all people who violates the law, whether the violator is a civilian or one in uniform. A unified investigation showed that PO2 Werner Marcojos and PO2 Roel Margallo, both members of San Isidro Police had acted beyond the limitations of their function against Pingkain brothers who were earlier tagged as alleged drug peddlers.
